TEMPOYA is intended only for adults aged 18 and above. By using TEMPOYA, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to use the service in your country.
TEMPOYA is a social meeting platform designed to help verified adults discover, communicate with and arrange mutually agreed real-world meetings.
TEMPOYA does not guarantee friendship, dating, romantic relationships, physical contact, sexual activity or any particular outcome from a meeting.
Interest, matching, acceptance, booking or payment does not create consent for any activity.
Every participant must independently consent to each interaction. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information, photographs and other content that you submit to TEMPOYA.
You must not upload content that is illegal, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, misleading or infringes another person's rights.
TEMPOYA may provide discovery, matching and in-app communication features.
A match or mutual interest does not guarantee that a meeting will occur. Either participant may decline or cancel subject to the applicable cancellation rules.
TEMPOYA encourages users to choose appropriate public meeting locations such as cafés, restaurants and other suitable public venues.
Users are responsible for making their own safety decisions. TEMPOYA does not guarantee that any venue or meeting is completely safe.
TEMPOYA may provide a meeting timer based on the agreed meeting duration.
Additional meeting time requires the applicable agreement and payment process provided by TEMPOYA. An extension is not automatically created unless the required participants agree.
TEMPOYA may provide predefined meeting tariff options. The final applicable amount is determined by the agreement of the relevant participants through the platform.
Payment does not purchase consent, guaranteed access, romantic attention, physical contact or any other personal right.
Payments, refunds, cancellations and settlements may be processed through third-party payment providers and are subject to their applicable terms and applicable law.
Refund eligibility may depend on the reason for cancellation, meeting status, payment status, platform rules and applicable law.
TEMPOYA may investigate disputes, fraud reports, payment abuse, no-shows and other incidents before processing certain refunds or settlements.
TEMPOYA may provide features such as emergency contacts, safety check-ins, reporting, blocking and optional location sharing.
These features are intended to support user safety but cannot guarantee personal safety or prevent every incident.
In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service immediately.
Users may report or block other users for suspected violations, harassment, scams, unsafe behaviour, fake profiles or other concerns.
TEMPOYA may investigate reports and take appropriate action, including restricting, suspending or terminating accounts.
TEMPOYA may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where it reasonably believes that the user has violated these Terms, applicable law, safety requirements or platform policies.
TEMPOYA may integrate with third-party services such as payment providers, mapping services, identity verification providers, hosting providers and analytics services.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
TEMPOYA and its associated branding, design, software, text and other original materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit TEMPOYA materials without appropriate authorization.
TEMPOYA is provided subject to applicable law and service availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free service, specific matches or specific meeting outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TEMPOYA is not responsible for unlawful, unsafe or inappropriate conduct of users or for events occurring outside the reasonable control of TEMPOYA.
TEMPOYA may update these Terms from time to time. Important changes may be communicated through the website, application or another appropriate method.
The applicable governing law and dispute-resolution provisions will depend on the TEMPOYA entity providing the service, the user's location and applicable law.
